Following an exceptional first book of the series, #Reunion, I was fully prepared for this sequel, eager to discover how Reyansh had managed after the unsettling revelations and his self-imposed isolation from the world. I was hoping for the famous #REMA to have a joyful life together in this book, and the author did not disappoint me.

Whenever I choose a candidate in my mind, he ends up dead. I began to sense that I needed to stop guessing, as my assumptions were harming the individual. It is that gripping. Very intriguing and suspenseful.
Character Arcs
Maya Bansal – The Relentless Seeker of Truth. She’s sharp, intuitive, and fiercely independent.
Reyansh Mittal – The Silent Protector. Even after everything that happened with his sister, he still cares for her. His calm, composed exterior hides emotional depth and vulnerability.
Another Improtant Character from this book is Sanchit Pradhan.
The dynamic Rey and Pradhan share is very entertaining.
Plot
The book is set in a political backdrop. Beginning with a major scandal and a sudden search for a leader, the situation gets messier as the PM candidates drop dead one by one, with the strongest candidate, Sanchit Pradhan, at the centre of suspicion. Unaware at first, Rey and Maya soon find themselves on opposite sides of the same case—Rey managing Sanchit’s campaign and Maya chasing the killer. The narration is so flawless, we keep questioning Pradhan’s innocence until the very end.
What I liked in this book
#1 Solid foundation. The author has skilfully managed the numerous characters, ensuring that readers remain engaged and not confused.
Introductions to characters were made even before the story began, so the foundation is laid.
#2 I loved how elegantly the author has portrayed the world-famous couple #REMA. Every moment captured with these two lovebirds was truly heartwarming… some scenes are remarkably intricate with details… I was curious about what was going through the author’s mind while crafting those scenes… I’m completely captivated.
#3 Thorough research. The research seemed to serve a purpose not just for the author, but equally for the reader. Thanks for all the info; I have thoroughly enjoyed the book.
